Return & Exchange

At The Haayx, our business is built on Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Our mission is to provide customers with the BEST QUALITY PRODUCTS at the BEST PRICE. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. That’s why we have developed a return & exchange policy focused on customer satisfaction, allowing you to return items if they are faulty in any way.

To take advantage of our return and exchange policy, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.


Return Guidelines

  1. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization and Return Address within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. All items must be returned in unused/unworn condition. Please include the original packaging along with all accessories such as pamphlets, tags, dust bags, cases, etc.
  3. You may return an item within 15 days after receipt if it meets the following conditions:
    • Quality issues
    • Totally damaged during shipment

    We will refund the full cost of your purchase to your card after receiving your returned parcel in good, undamaged condition. Postal costs will be covered with a voucher, which can be used toward your next purchase.

  4. If you wish to return items due to personal reasons, we are sorry to inform you that a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost will apply. Please ensure your order is accurate to avoid these charges.
    • No longer interested in the product
    • Mistake in order by customer
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer
    • Parcel returned because no one was available to sign for it at delivery

Exchange Guidelines

  1. Contact us to obtain an Exchange Authorization and Return Address within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. All items must be returned in unused/unworn condition. Please include the original packaging and all related accessories (e.g., pamphlet, tags, dust bag, case, etc.).
  3. If the products you receive have quality issues, please email us pictures. We can arrange an Unconditional Exchange Authorization at no additional cost to you.
  4. If the product does not meet your expectations and you prefer another item, please contact us for an Exchange Authorization. In this case, you will need to cover the shipping costs both ways.
  5. All items can be exchanged for replacements of different prices. You will either pay or be refunded the price difference. Please note that replacements will only be issued once your return has been received.
