At The Haayx, we ship worldwide! Just make your purchase and enjoy our great service with delivery direct to your door. We will process your shipment within 2 days after confirming your payment. However, please keep in mind the time zone differences in various countries. A tracking number and tracking link will be provided for you to monitor your parcel once it’s shipped, and delivery usually takes about 7-10 working days.
We offer free shipping via EMS to most countries. For orders over $500, we provide free shipping via DHL. The shipping fee by DHL depends on the weight of your items and the destination, but we charge very low shipping fees to save you even more money.
Typically, we dispatch parcels via EMS (Express Mail Service) and DHL. If you prefer a different carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or another express delivery service, please contact us regarding any extra charges.

Order Procedure
Your parcel will be delivered by courier right to your door. We will email you full details along with the tracking number so you can monitor your parcel in transit. Delivery usually takes 7-10 days.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for reshipment if an incorrect address is provided. Additionally, we are not responsible for any import taxes charged on your package.
Shipping Delays
Please note that orders may be delayed or cannot be sent out for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- The product is out of stock at our local factory.
- Festivals or holidays: Orders may be delayed during the Chinese Lunar New Year (February), Labor Day (May 1st), and Chinese National Day (October 1st), as services from our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. This may result in a 3-4 day delay or longer. We sincerely apologize and ask for your patience.

- If your tracking number starts with all digits, check your package’s status on the DHL website.
